Stories stay written-only
You publish every day, but turning those articles into polished video is slow, manual, and inconsistent.
AI broadcast desk for local publishers
Most AI video tools hand you one clip at a time. Text2Air runs the whole channel: it reads the articles you already publish, drafts them for an AI presenter, keeps your editor in control of every word, and uploads video segments your editors have approved to your own channel on YouTube around the clock with your permission. Every upload is disclosed as AI-generated. Text2Air does not read, modify, or delete your existing Youtube content. See our Privacy Policy in the homepage for details
Built for local publishers and independent publications: new viewership and monetisable video inventory from the reporting you produce, without staffing a broadcast desk.
No scraping. No auto-publishing. No unapproved presenter likenesses. Every segment is editor-approved and AI-disclosed.
See it live
Your approved story runs as an always-on broadcast on your YouTube channel, then gets repurposed into vertical clips for TikTok and Shorts, with the AI presenter and disclosure intact.
Text2Air is not designed for scraping competitors, generating fake news, impersonating real people, or bypassing editorial responsibility. Every channel runs on a publisher’s own content, with a human editor approving every segment.
The publisher gap
Written journalism still drives most local publishers, but audience attention, platform reach, and monetisation are moving to video. Text2Air gives smaller publications a practical path to always-on video without building a full broadcast operation.
You publish every day, but turning those articles into polished video is slow, manual, and inconsistent.
A real broadcast desk needs presenters, editors, producers, schedulers, graphics, and technical support around the clock.
Consumer video generators make one clip at a time and stop. They aren’t built around a publication’s workflow, editorial sign-off, defamation caution, or disclosure.
The solution
Text2Air converts approved written articles into short AI-presented video segments, then schedules them into a continuous branded live channel. You keep editorial control at every step.
Connect Ghost in V1, with WordPress, RSS, feed, and webhook adapters planned.
Generate 60–120 second presenter scripts from your own articles, in your house style.
Editors approve, edit, or reject every script before rendering. No auto-publishing.
Use consent-verified avatar and voice providers to create branded presenter-led segments.
Add captions, article imagery, lower-thirds, logos, and AI disclosure labels.
Schedule approved segments into a rolling YouTube Live channel and reuse clips for short-form.
Before and after
Your team already does the hard part. Text2Air turns that existing output into video, distribution, and inventory you can sell.
Zero video output. No live channel, no short-form, and nothing to sell against video.
The same 20 stories become short bulletins, live channel segments, Shorts, TikToks, and sponsor inventory.
Made for local publications
Whether you run a regional masthead or an independent blog, the stories you already cover map straight onto daily video segments.
Decisions, approvals, and meeting outcomes turned into short, clear bulletins.
Weekend results and upcoming fixtures as quick recap segments and clips.
Timely updates on conditions, closures, and disruptions across your area.
Handled with extra review: named individuals and allegations are flagged and held for an editor.
What is on this week, from markets and fairs to public meetings.
Openings, developments, and local market updates worth watching.
Import. Govern. Broadcast.
Your stories flow into one governed engine and out to every live screen. Hover any node for detail.
Approved segments play out as a rolling channel, around the clock.
Lower-thirds, tickers, and logos rendered live over the feed.
Countdown and standby screens fill any gap, so there is no dead air.
On-screen polls and viewer reactions during the broadcast.

MonetisableEditorial control layer
In broadcast, an error is irreversible. Text2Air is designed so no AI model can put itself on air. Every word, graphic, and render must pass through a strict human editorial gate.
AI models evaluate ingested content for risk, profanity, and named entities. They are only permitted to add holds to a script, forcing human review. They can never remove a hold.
if (risk_score > threshold)
queue.status = "HELD";
Every source ingested, script edited, and approval granted is logged in a cryptographically verifiable chain. If an error makes it to air, you can trace it back to the exact user and timestamp.

Compliance with AI disclosure laws is not an option to toggle. The engine automatically burns C2PA metadata and visual watermarks into synthetic frames, while keeping camera-real B-roll untouched.

Enterprise infrastructure
Dead air is unacceptable. Text2Air employs a decoupled playout architecture with autonomous fallback logic to ensure your channel stays live even if upstream data sources fail.
APIs fail and feeds go down. Our ingest workers cache and retry payload fetches intelligently, never blocking the render pipeline.
Heavy avatar and graphic synthesis is spread across GPU clusters. Segments render ahead of time and download to the playout server.
If the editorial queue runs empty, the playout engine automatically injects weather updates, sponsor slates, or countdowns to prevent black frames.

Text2Air gives editors a practical workflow for turning approved written journalism into broadcast-ready video.
Business value
For a local blog, Text2Air is a new, monetisable YouTube presence built from the articles you already write: live channels, short-form distribution, sponsor packages, and branded formats, all from existing reporting.
Example: a publisher producing five articles a day could create roughly 25 to 35 short video assets a week from existing reporting, across the live channel and short-form.
